Brian Noyes

Brian Noyes is Co-Founder, President, and Chief Technology Officer of Solliance, where he leads the company’s technical strategy and guides engineering teams in delivering complex modernization initiatives for enterprise clients. He works closely with organizations to design secure, scalable software platforms that span cloud, data, AI, and distributed application architectures.

 

With more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software engineering and architecture, Brian is widely recognized for his expertise in secure system design, identity and access management, and modern application development. He has deep experience building cloud-native and microservices-based systems across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and hybrid environments, and has led teams delivering large-scale solutions across industries including finance, healthcare, and technology.

 

At Solliance, Brian helps organizations modernize complex systems, strengthen security posture, and implement resilient architectures that support long-term innovation. His work combines deep engineering expertise with practical architectural guidance—helping clients adopt modern development practices, secure identity frameworks, and scalable cloud platforms.

 

Brian is a former Microsoft MVP (18 years) and Microsoft Regional Director (16 years) and is a recognized leader in the global developer community. He has authored several books and numerous technical articles, created widely used training courses for Pluralsight, and speaks regularly at conferences worldwide.

 

Before beginning his software career, Brian served as an F-14 Tomcat Radar Intercept Officer in the U.S. Navy, graduating from the Navy Fighter Weapons School (Top Gun) and the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School, and was selected as a NASA Astronaut Mission Specialist finalist. He brings the same discipline, precision, and commitment to excellence from his aviation career to the engineering teams and clients he leads today.a
