Jenny Madsen serves as Chief Operating Officer and Conference Programs Lead at Solliance in addition to being a member of the Board of Directors. She is responsible for operational leadership, organizational effectiveness, and the successful execution of strategic initiatives across the company. Working closely with executive leadership, operational delivery teams, and partners she helps ensure Solliance operates efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on sustainable growth.

With more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry, Jenny brings extensive expertise in operational leadership, sales, program management, and business transformation. She has a proven track record of building scalable processes, improving delivery effectiveness, managing complex programs, and guiding organizations through periods of growth and change. Her ability to align people, processes, and business objectives enables Solliance to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes across services and other programs.

As Conference Programs Lead, Jenny oversees the strategy, planning, and execution of Solliance's conferences and industry events. She works closely with technology leaders, speakers, sponsors, and community stakeholders to create engaging experiences that foster learning, collaboration, and innovation. Through these programs, she helps strengthen Solliance's industry presence while connecting enterprise customers, architects, developers, and technology professionals around emerging trends and best practices.
