As the Director of Microsoft Partnership & Strategic Alliance, she has significantly increased the company's visibility with Microsoft Seller field teams, grown recognized Azure revenue, and led the team to obtain the AI & ML Advanced Specialization. She has partnered directly with Microsoft senior leadership as a trusted advisor on their Partner Advisory Committee and successfully evangelized Solliance's capabilities across Microsoft's ecosystem.

Previously, as Senior Director at ACTS Application Consulting Training Solutions, Deb built an award-winning Microsoft practice that became a top 25 US partner for Azure consumed revenue, earning two Microsoft Partner Awards, including the 2019 Microsoft US Partner Award for Intelligent Cloud Azure Influencer.
